01 办理个人开户需要携带的材料
Materials required to open a private account
港澳台居民及外国公民办理个人开户业务需要准备有效身份证件：
The following valid identification documents are required：
香港、澳门特别行政区居民为港澳居民来往内地通行证或港澳居民居住证；
The Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents，or the Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents， if you are a resident from Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or Macau Special Administrative Region；
台湾地区居民为台湾居民来往大陆通行证或台湾居民居住证；
The Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents，or the Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents，if you are a resident from the Taiwan region；
外国公民为外国人永久居留身份证或护照
The Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card or the passport，if you are a foreign citizen.
辅助材料
Supplementary documents
开户不强制要求提供辅助证明，但如您能提供如工作证明、收入证明或学生证等辅助材料，将又便于我行核实信息，有效提升开户审核效率并有助于我们为您提供更好的服务。
The submission of supplementary documents is not necessary for the initiation of an account. But if you could provide supporting documents such as the proof of employment，income verification，or student id card, it would greatly facilitate our bank's verification process and enhance the efficiency of account opening.
02 开户办理流程
Procedures of account opening
请携上述资料原件前往我行营业网点办理个人银行账户开户业务。
The aforementioned original documents are required to be brought to our business outlets for the purpose of opening a personal bank account.
请提供本人名下的电话号码，以备接收银行短信及验证使用，如无手机号码，也可提供家庭或公司固定电话。为给您提供更好的服务，我们推荐您在开户时优先留存在中国境内由本人申办的手机号码以及中国境内的居住地址。
Please provide your mobile phone number for receiving bank SMS and verification. If you do not have a mobile phone number, you can also provide your home or company landline. For better service, we recommend that you preserve your mobile phone number and residential address in China when opening an account.

The safety of your funds can be better protected if you ensure the proper safeguarding of your password and use your account in a standardized manner.
